Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
Elizabeth's focus is in helping people reconnect with their authentic nature and identity so they can live the lives they were born to live. She has a diverse background across multiple sectors which she draws on as resources to contribute to her clients. She helps clients address immediate and long standing issues that create barriers to living the life her clients want to live and supports them to achieve their potential. She helps clients understand underlying factors at play in life challenges, including social, historical and ancestral influences. She helps clients build self-awareness, strengths, boundaries, communication skills, and context perspective to increase strengths and a sense of existential security.
Elizabeth has an extensive background in social justice, equity, and intercultural competence and relates to her clients with a trauma informed and culturally sensitive lens.
Elizabeth also has a specialization in working with clients who are survivors of cults and spiritual/religious abuse.
Elizabeth is engaging, supportive, caring, and insightful and uses a collaborative, co-creative approach with her clients as one developing human in relation to another.
In her spare time, Elizabeth is a strong advocate for knowledge that expands individual and societal awareness of factors that separate us from self, others, and nature.
Counselling sessions are provided by video in English to clients around the world.
